In the role of Administrator for Care Experienced Students you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront, Huddersfield and your focus will be on deliver efficient, professional and effective administration duties to the team which supports Care Experienced students at Kirklees College.

 

Your key responsibilities will be attendance reporting, timetable reviews, letter drafting and preparation and coordination of PEP (Personal Education Plan) reviews and CLA (Children Looked After) reviews.

 

Ideally, you’ll have a Level 3 qualification e.g. BTEC, NVQ, A-Level equivalent. (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience of working in administration in a similar environment/industry. It’s important that you’re able to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.

Term time only staff who start mid year will have their initial salary payments calculated based on actual weeks worked and the number of pay dates between the beginning of employment and the end of the academic year.
