As a People & Culture Lead at our college, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a culture defined by excellence, high aspirations, and accountability - firmly anchored in our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence. Your role will be dynamic, covering a wide range of responsibilities such as employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), and Wellbeing.

 

You’ll operate across the college as a true People generalist, committed to delivering excellence in both compliance and employee experience.

 

Candidates must possess or be in the process of obtaining a relevant CIPD qualification, or have equivalent work experience.

 

Due to the nature of our work, it’s essential you’re committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
