In the role of Automotive Skills Development Coach, you’ll predominantly be based at the engineering centre and your focus will be on supporting and delivering across a wide range of subjects on study programs and apprenticeships.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to deliver subject knowledge across a range of courses inclusive of apprenticeship provisions. You will also work with other members of the team to develop an outstanding personal development program for all students across the department.

 

Ideally, you’ll have Level 3 motor vehicle qualifications or equivalent (or be willing to work towards them) and demonstrable experience within the motor vehicle industry. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
