In the role of Education and Early Years T Level and Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor you will be required to deliver a placement planning session to prepare all learners for observation and structured observations as required by the awarding body. Your key responsibilities will be moderation organisation with the awarding body and the justification of evidence for each learner to be uploaded to the portal. You will also be expected to have regular ongoing contact with all learners & employers and to complete all the relevant paperwork and update all records relating to learner progress. In conjunction with the Curriculum Area Manager you will input into overall framework delivery which may include apprenticeships, traineeships, NVQ’s or VRQ frameworks and any subsequent qualifications.
You must have up to date Early Years’ industry experience and knowledge of the T Level Education and Early Years qualification. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and have an excellent understanding of equality and diversity you must be able to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
