In the role of CSA, you’ll predominantly be based at Engineering Site and your focus will be on providing an outstanding reception and administration service to customers and staff within the teaching departments
Your key responsibilities will be data inputting with reference to registers, time tabling, student enrolments. Reception duties to include student queries, replacement ID cards, communication to parents and learners via text, email and letters. Stationery orders and raising internal and external invoices. Additional duties such as room bookings and organising staff interviews.
Ideally, you’ll have customer service experience or qualifications (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in data inputting and administration experience. It’s important that you’re able to demonstrate transferable skills and be able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
