In this role, you’ll lead and manage our high-performing marketing and communications team,

 

 

We are looking for a marketing manager who will lead our high performing marketing and communications team driving bold, high-impact initiatives in collaboration with curriculum and support teams. Your work will showcase our achievements, strengthen our brand and enhance student recruitment and stakeholder engagement, positioning Kirklees College as the first choice for Further Education.

 

You’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront Huddersfield but expected to move around all centres developing productive working partnerships with our curriculum and support colleagues.

 

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the production of all college marketing materials and associated advertising campaigns in a variety of formats to a high standard. You will lead on protecting the college brand via a public relations and communications strategy (internal and external), developing a next work of key stakeholders and partners to support this. This role requires someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects delivering high quality work to deadline.

 

For this post you need to be qualified to degree level (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and be able to demonstrable experience of working in either an FE or HE marketing team.  It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively and engage with key stakeholders. This role requires someone who also has excellent IT skills, project management and proof reading skills. Special Features of this post: This role does require the flexibility to work evenings for events as well as some Saturday work  to support open days and enrolment.  All dates are shared in advance.  Please be aware that this role requires the successful candidate to be able to drive and have access to a car.
