In the role Trainer Assessor in electrical you’ll predominantly be based at our Brunel Construction Centre and your focus will be on providing training, assessing competence, guiding and supporting learners on the College’s Work Based Learning (WBL) programme.
Your key responsibilities will be to recruit and review those candidates working in the relevant field primarily on employers’ premises. The post holder will act as the ambassador for the college at all times whilst undertaking the role, particularly in the employer’s workplace. The post also involves contributing to the marketing, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation of programmes to meet market needs and contractual targets and performance criteria.
Ideally, you’ll hold a Level 3 Qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in the subject area. It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively with members of the public, engage with young people and demonstrate our colleges values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
