In the role of Training and Recruitment Co-ordinator you’ll predominantly be based at The Waterfront Quarter and your focus will be to contribute to the successful performance of the Business Development function to deliver growth and achieve recruitment targets by effectively managing key relationships.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, promoting, selling and securing opportunities for employers to work with the college as well as proving outstanding customer service.

 

Ideally, you’ll have experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets and deadlines or be able to prove equivalent ability and demonstrable experience in customer facing roles and relationship management. Employer visits are an essential part of the role so a Driving licence and access to a car is required.  It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
