In the role of SEND Care Support, you’ll predominantly be based at Springfield 6th form centre and your focus will be on providing high quality personal cares and providing medical support to student within the college.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting students and liaising with parents and external agencies to complete health risk assessments.
- Ensuring accurate monitoring and record-keeping.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A level 3 qualification in a related area or equivalent ability and demonstrable experience in providing personal care and administering medication.
- The ability to work within a team, communicate effectively, and enjoy working with young people with SEND needs.
- The capability to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity, and Excellence in your role.
