We are looking for an innovative and dedicated professional to join our team as the Head of Department for Hair, Beauty & Hospitality. In this role, you will work closely with the Curriculum Director to lead and manage our vibrant department, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the effective development and delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment within the curriculum areas.
- Support the Curriculum Director in providing an innovative and efficient curriculum offer.
- Oversee student recruitment, retention, attendance, and achievement targets.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff timetabling to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote outstanding performance through lesson observations, assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
