We are looking for an innovative and dedicated professional to join our team as the Head of Department for Hair, Beauty & Hospitality. .
In this role, you will work closely with the Curriculum Director to lead and manage our vibrant department, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and student success.

Additionally, you will collaborate with industry partners to keep these facilities current with modern equipment and technologies

- Collaborative Culture: Work with colleagues across the college to deliver an engaging and inspiring student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the effective development and delivery of teaching, learning, and assessment within the curriculum areas.
- Support the Curriculum Director in providing an innovative and efficient curriculum offer.
- Oversee student recruitment, r etention, attendance, and achievement of targets.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff timetabling to ensure optimal performance.
- Promote outstanding performance through lesson observations, assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
