In the role of Adult Skills Manager, you’ll predominantly be based at Huddersfield and you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our adult learning provision. You’ll ensure resources are maximised to meet both national skills priorities and local workforce needs and drive meaningful impact across our communities.

 

Your key responsibilities will be to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of adult learning provision, ensuring programmes are employer-informed, outcomes-focused, and aligned with national and regional priorities.

 

Ideally, you’ll have a Level 4 qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in Adult Skills Funding. It’s important that you’re able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
