Your key responsibilities will be:

• Using SCCM, Intune and Action1 to deploy software, manage updates and maintain device compliance.
• Communicating to customers to offer efficient, quality technical support.
• Providing timely responses and accurate customer feedback.
• Supporting the testing and roll-out of new devices, applications, configuration changes or technologies.
• Creating and updating documentation (how-to guides, procedures, etc).
ideally, you’ll have a relevant Level 3 qualification or above (or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience) and practical experience supporting Windows desktop environments, including the use of tools such as SCCM, Intune and Action1. It’s important that you’re able to articulate technical information to end users in clear, easy-to-understand language, have a meticulous eye for detail, apply logical problem-solving skills, and demonstrate our college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
Due to the nature of our work, it’s essential you’re committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
We believe learning is not just for our students: it’s an important part of working here too. Staff development opportunities include a mentoring scheme, financial contributions for external qualifications and skills development for current and aspiring managers. We want people who believe in the value of education, and who can contribute to our culture of supporting and challenging one another.
