We’re already a successful college, but we’re continually striving to be better and do better - be part of our story!

In the role of Quality Lead, you will play a key role in driving high standards of teaching, learning, assessment and quality assurance across designated curriculum areas at Kirklees College. Working closely with curriculum leaders and teaching teams, you will help shape outstanding learner experiences and support excellent outcomes for students across Study Programmes, Adult Learning and Apprenticeships.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate education professional who thrives on supporting others to succeed. You will lead quality improvement activities, coordinate quality assurance processes and provide coaching, mentoring and staff development that helps colleagues continually enhance their practice. Through your work, you will contribute directly to the College’s ambition for excellence and continuous improvement.

As a Quality Lead, you will work collaboratively across the College, building strong relationships with curriculum teams, awarding organisations and key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, a strong understanding of quality improvement and a genuine commitment to supporting both staff and students to achieve their full potential. In return, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the College, helping to create a culture of kindness, unity and excellence where both students and colleagues can thrive.

You’ll also have access to a range of staff benefits including an employee assistance programme, retail and leisure discounts and reduced Metro travel.

We want people who believe in the value of education, and who can contribute to our culture of supporting and challenging one another.
