In the role of Support Facilitator you will be working at the Taylor Hill Centre supporting the maintenance and repair of the centre grounds and animal enclosures.  You will report to the senior technician.  Working days/hours are negotiable.

 

Your key responsibilities will be maintaining the onsite workshop, tools and use of equipment as needed.  You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the grounds which may involve some gardening, path and boundaries as well as maintaining and building animal enclosures as required.  The post requires collaboration with the technician team and senior technician and maintain high standards of Health and Safety and housekeeping.

 

Your daily duties will vary depending on needs and seasonal requirements and will be based both outdoors and indoors.   Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications in construction and site maintenance however previous experience in roles will be considered.  You will be expected to engage in the college values of kindness, unity and excellence and attain an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service certificate.
